CFG Host (CFG SOLUTIONS.CO.ZA) Terms of Service

Effective Date: 2026-01-02 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CFG Host’s hosting services, websites, and related solutions. By signing up for or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
• CFG Host offers web hosting, domain registration, and related solutions.
 • Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
 • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with prior notice where possible.
2. Account Responsibilities• 

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

 • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 
• You agree to notify us immediately of any  unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for: 

• Hosting or distributing illegal, harmful, or abusive content. 
• Sending spam, phishing, or malicious software.
 • Infringing intellectual property rights. 
• Activities that disrupt or harm our servers, networks, or other customers. 

CFG Host reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
4. Payment & Billing

• Fees are billed according to the plan selected. • Payments must be made on time to avoid service suspension. • All charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. • CFG Host may adjust pricing with prior notice.
5. Service Availability & Liability

  • While we aim for reliable service, downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues.
    • CFG Host is not liable for data loss, business interruption, or damages resulting from service outages.
    • Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of their data.
    • 6. Intellectual Property

    • You retain ownership of your content hosted with us. 
    • CFG Host retains ownership of its software, systems, and branding.
     • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without permission.
    7. Termination

    • You may cancel your account at any time. 
    • CFG Host may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or misuse of services. 
    • Upon termination, your access to services and data may be restricted or deleted.
    8. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
    9. Changes to Terms

    CFG Host may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
